You asked and Team ESi listened! For years you have been asking for a Service Writer Refresher Course, and we now have it!

This Service Advisor refresher training program was developed after years of requests by you to have a Service Advisor specific training class in a condensed time frame. We have brought together 2 trainers to help keep this class on point and relevant to today’s issues. The issues we hear about daily that Service Advisors are facing!!

Presented in 4, one-day separate topic modules, 1 per quarter, these have all been created and brought to you as the most complete Follow Up Service Advisor training anyone, anywhere has ever offered. Each module will consist of three 2 hour segments followed by a 1 hour “roll play” segment. There will be breaks between each segment and a lunch supplied by one of our supporting Associate Vendors. The 1 day 2013/2014 topic headings are;

  • Module 1 will be on Sales. Everything you need to know about sales from selling with confidence to phone and handling objections. All this will be followed by an energetic role playing session for everyone attending to get used to what was taught and learned today.
  • Module 2 will be on People. From thinking outside the box to actual customer service & interaction to time management and how it effects the best Service Writers out there. All this will be followed by an energetic role playing session for everyone attending to get used to what was taught and learned today.
  • Module 3 will be on Communication. We’ll spend the day working through the 3 segments outlining communication strategies between you and the customers, you and the Technicians as well as touch bases on simply getting along with everyone. All this will be followed by an energetic role playing session for everyone attending to get used to what was taught and learned today.
  • Module 4 will be on the Numbers. This class will be all about the numbers, why they are important, which ones are the most important and how they affect the business both positively and negatively. All this will be followed by an energetic role playing session for everyone attending to get used to what was taught and learned today.

Can you pick and choose which you want to go to?? Sure, but why would you? These classes, in this order, have been carefully thought out to give you the maximum benefit in any 1-day class available. And if you purchase the entire series initially, there will be a 10% discount, what could be any better??
